Hamari Adhuri Kahani is a love story which dwells into the theme that love knows no bounds. The trailer features Rajkummar Rao, who plays Vidya Balan’s cruel husband who physically abuses her. The trailer shows how Vidya, who after having a bitter experience in love and subsequently losing faith in marriage, meets Emraan Hashmi and ends up with him. But, what happens when her wicked husband decides to come back in her life? Well, for that we will have to wait for the movie to release! After delivering back-to-back flops like Raja Natwarlal and Mr. X, it seems that the serial kisser of B-Town is finally back with a bang! The story seems interesting and gripping. What surprises us is that the trailer of this Emraan Hashmi starrer does not share with us even a glimpse of any of the serial kisser’s classic lip-lock scenes. The absence of unwanted action sequences, needless skin show or item songs makes the movie worth a watch!
This is Emraan and Vidya’s third film together, after the 2011 hit Dirty Picture and the unsuccessful Ghanchakkar in 2013. Humari Adhuri Kahani also stars National Award winner Rajkummar Rao in a pivotal role. The movie also marks Emraan’s return to Vishesh Films after a gap of three years. The 35-year-old actor, who is also Bhatt’s nephew, gave several hits under his banner like Murder, Murder 2 and Jannat. His last film with Bhatt was Raaz 3D in 2012. Hamari Adhuri Kahani is slated to hit the big screens on June 12, 2015.
